Generic AI platforms churn out soulless content. Traditional agencies charge 10x. We deliver affordable, creative, and hyper-realistic AI video ads built for Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn lead generation.

We’re scaling from 10 videos/month to 40-50 videos/month in the next 3-4 months.

The Role

You’ll be our video production engine. You’ll transform scripts into polished, high-converting video ads using AI tools and video editing software.

This role is for someone who:

• Masters AI video generation tools and treats them as creative instruments, not shortcuts
• Applies systems thinking to build repeatable workflows that deliver consistent quality
• Brings creativity and filmmaking principles to every frame
• Thrives in early-stage startup chaos and fast iteration cycles

What You’ll Do

• Generate AI video footage using tools like Gemini, Flow, and ElevenLabs
• Edit videos in Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
• Deliver polished videos within 2-3 day turnarounds
• Manage multiple videos simultaneously at different production stages
• Create concept videos and portfolio pieces during creative bandwidth
• Apply filmmaking principles: camera angles, movement, lighting, mood, pacing
• Study high-performing ads and reverse-engineer what works
• Collaborate with founder on continuous improvement

Must-Have Skills

Technical:

• AI video generation tools (Mainly Google Flow)
• Video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects preferred)
• Strong prompting skills—you know how to get AI tools to deliver exactly what you need
• Self-learning ability using ChatGPT/Claude/LLMs

Creative:

• Understanding of hooks, CTAs, and ad psychology
• Filmmaking fundamentals: composition, lighting, camera movement, pacing
• Systems thinking—you build/follow workflows, not just execute tasks
• Creativity that brings scripts to life visually

Mindset:

• 8-10 hours/day commitment (8 baseline, 9-10 when deadlines demand)
• Self-starter who figures things out independently
• Coachable and hungry to learn
• Comfortable with startup ambiguity and pace
• Keen observer who watches content and learns from it

Infrastructure:

• Stable internet connection (non-negotiable)
• Own laptop with video editing specs (16GB+ RAM, dedicated GPU preferred)

Nice-to-Have

• Motion design or animation background
• Understanding of Meta/YouTube/LinkedIn ads
• Copywriting or scriptwriting skills
• Experience with other AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion)
